Questions During the Festival
The information booth in the main lawn is a great resource for questions.
First Aid
The First Aid location is noted on the festival map. Professional medical staff will assist patrons with any medical issues that arise. Our team will be guiding patrons to First Aid if a medical emergency arises
In addition, this will be the location to recharge wheelchair batteries or other assistive technology. If you need to store equipment such as oxygen tanks or insulin, festival staff will register the equipment and place it in a safe location.
Restrooms
Throughout the venue there will be sanitary, wheelchair accessible restrooms which will be pinpointed on the Festival maps. ADA-accessible porta-potties are conveniently located in the following locations
Near the main gate in the lawn
Near the food vendors closest to the Lincoln Lot
Parking
There is designated handicap parking in the Lincoln Parking Lot. The Lincoln lot is not accessible from 12-2:30pm due to Parade Road closures.
Overflow handicap parking is available in the Orange and Green Waterfront parking lots.
River Road is closed to all vehicle traffic from 12pm-2:30 due to the parade. After 2:30, River road is closed to cars with the exception of those with an ADA Parking Tag. Enter the Road closure at E Witherspoon and E Preston St and show your ADA Parking Pass to enter the parking lot areas.
